Summary

Join H&M as a Retail Sales Associate and provide excellent customer service while keeping the sales floor tidy and stocked. This role requires a passion for customer service, multi-tasking skills, inclusivity, positivity, creativity, and flexibility. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds, stand for long periods, and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, is also necessary. • Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Actively greet and engage with customers to provide the best customer experience
• Support in the maintenance of a neat and tidy sales floor
• Unload delivery truck, receive, open, and unpack merchandise
• Process, stock, and replenish garments on the sales floor and stock room
• Ring on the register, handle transactions, issue receipts, and fold merchandise
• Educate customers about H&M's Loyalty program
• Share knowledge and skills with colleagues to build a positive working environment
