• Handle ReturnBear’s core returns processing operations
• Receive shipments with various logistics partners
• Process returns in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with defined processes
• Propose continuous improvements to returns processing and work with the operations team to implement changes
• Track and manage inventory
• Manage storing and shipping goods to merchants and partners
• Operate a computer, tablet, printer, scanning gun, and other hardware/software necessary for returns processing
