Summary

You will lead the development of products and features that improve the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of our billing processes. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in healthcare RCM and billing, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare RCM, billing, or related domains
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes, including claims management, payer systems, coding (e.g., CPT, ICD-10), and compliance (e.g., HIPAA, CMS regulations)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex, high-impact products
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing metrics to inform product decisions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and operational concepts to diverse audiences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
- Deep empathy for users and a passion for improving mental health care access and quality
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for RCM and billing, aligning with the company’s growth objectives and customer needs
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the RCM ecosystem, including eligibility verification, setting up coverages, claim submission, coding, adjudication, payment posting, collections, and denials management
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization to delivery, launch, and iteration
- Partner with internal teams (e.g., engineering, operations, finance, and legal) to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and compliance
- Analyze data to identify pain points, monitor key performance metrics, and inform decision-making
- Collaborate with external stakeholders (e.g., payers, clearinghouses, and regulatory bodies) to understand evolving requirements and industry standards
- Drive user research and customer discovery to shape product features that enhance billing member usability, accuracy, reduce friction, and accelerate payment cycles
- Communicate product vision, progress, and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders
