Join our team as the next Revenue Manager for a leading international passenger transportation company. We're looking for a skilled professional to analyze sales data, drive market trends, and implement best practices in revenue management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Transportation Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of the transportation industry
  • Technical skills: proficiency in revenue management software, data analysis tools, and advanced Excel skills. SQL and Python are a plus
  • Analytical skills: exceptional ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
  • Communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and information effectively
  • Problem-solving skills: strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail: high level of precision and attention to detail in all tasks
  • Teamwork skills: ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing models for routes and services to maximize revenue and market share
  • Conduct a deep analysis of customer demand patterns to identify periods of high activity, seasonal trends, and areas for improvement in service
  • Evaluate and optimize bus schedules based on demand data to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels and adjust availability to optimize load factors and profitability
  • Analyze market trends, competitor prices, and customer demand to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with operations to adjust schedules and routes based on demand patterns and profitability metrics
  • Prepare and present revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management
  • Use data analysis tools to identify revenue opportunities and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Work with the marketing team to develop promotions and campaigns that drive revenue growth
  • Identify and target personalized offers and pricing strategies for major customer segments
  • Ensure all pricing and revenue strategies comply with transportation regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align business objectives and implement integrated strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in inventory management, analytical profile with business acumen, integrated revenue management, route and schedule management, and economic results analysis for routes
