Revops Analyst, Deal Desk

Summary

Join Mitratech's Revenue Operations team as an experienced RevOps Analyst. This role provides critical operational support in a fast-paced deal environment, collaborating with various teams including Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance. You will manage complex deals, improve systems and processes, contribute to pricing strategy, and ensure data integrity. The position requires experience in RevOps, deal desk, and business analytics, along with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Requirements

• Experience in RevOps, deal desk, order management, finance, and business analytics
• Experience within Private Equity high-growth fast paced technology companies
• Comfortable with communicating and presenting to senior or executive leadership
• Experience structuring and escalating complex business situations for review or approval
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various business units
• Technically Savvy with understanding of SFDC, CPQ and Microsoft/Google suite
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously
• Can build trust, be assertive when required and shows initiative and enthusiasm
• Team-oriented working and thinking
• Professional self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively with others to accomplish goals
• Assertiveness and ability to navigate ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams and leaders to efficiently streamline deal related processes
• Manage complex and highly visible deals, tasks, and or projects
• Support enhancements and continuous improvement of our systems and processes
• Assist in product/pricing strategy and structure discussions to include bookings policies
• Review orders for validity and alignment with company standards and goals
• Develop and/or contribute to scaling governance practices
• Establish regular communication with cross-functional teams
• Perform reconciliations for data integrity and work with cross functional teams to fix
• Become an expert and relied upon resource for our systems and teams
• Highly motivated individual that focuses on data quality and creative solutions
