Join the remote world, today. The RingCentral Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of the RingCentral communication platform within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in VoIP or telecommunications system administration, with a focus on RingCentral or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of VoIP technologies, SIP protocols, and network troubleshooting
- Proficiency in managing cloud-based communication systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the RingCentral platform, including user accounts, call flows, and system settings
- Configure and deploy RingCentral devices, such as desk phones, softphones, and mobile apps
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of the RingCentral services
- Manage phone number assignments, porting, and routing
- Provide end-user support and training for RingCentral features and functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RingCentral hardware, software, and network configurations
- Assist users with VoIP system issues, including call quality, connectivity, and device compatibility
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate RingCentral with other business applications, such as CRM and email systems
- Work with vendors and third-party providers to resolve technical issues and implement new features
- Create and maintain documentation for RingCentral configurations, procedures, and policies
- Generate reports on system usage, performance, and call metrics
