Risk Intern

Summary

The job description is for a Risk Intern position at FinTech company Xepelin, based in Chile and Mexico. The intern will analyze clients, maintain financial databases, manage the portfolio, lead tool development, collaborate with the commercial area, and assist in any other needs of the risk & portfolio team.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of programming (SQL) and BI tools (Locker studio/Data studio)
• Interest in finances and risk management
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Interest in the Fintech world
• Experience in programming languages such as Python, R or SQL
• Ability to creatively solve problems
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the analysis of Xepelin's main clients
• Maintain updated financial databases
• Collaborate in the management of the portfolio
• Lead the development of certain tools for the risk and portfolio team
• Relate with the commercial area and participate in a key project for Xepelin's growth
• Collaborate in any other need of the risk & portfolio team
