Summary

Join Axonius as a Field Architect to lead the delivery of cutting-edge solutions for risk-based vulnerability management and remediation. As a key member of the GTM organization, you will act as the crucial link between customers and various internal teams, shaping how Axonius addresses critical security challenges. The ideal candidate is technical, customer-focused, and excels in cross-functional collaboration, driving alignment and delivering results. This quota-carrying role focuses on driving product adoption and customer success. You will act as a technical subject matter expert, support Proof of Value engagements, collaborate with customers and product teams, and partner with engineering to translate customer feedback into actionable priorities. You will also manage new feature rollouts and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical B2B SaaS role (such as Solutions Engineering, Product Management, or Technical Account Management)
  • Prior experience in a technical role (e.g., Development, DevOps, System Engineering, or Automation)
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and different approaches to vulnerability management inclusive of application misconfigurations, cloud security exposures, application development exposures, and vulnerability instances
  • Hands-on experience working as part of a security team or providing technical services to a security team
  • Proven success delivering software products/services to market and driving adoption at scale
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative environments
  • Experience working with or knowledge of AI-driven solutions

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) in customer discussions, addressing customer pain points with innovative solutions
  • Support Proof Of Value (POV) engagements to demonstrate the capabilities of the product and align with business value
  • Collaborate with customers, product teams, and sales to influence the product roadmap and ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends
  • Partner with engineering to translate customer feedback into actionable development priorities and ensure the delivery of high-quality features
  • Work with customers and the product team to identify feature requests and ensure expectations are met in a timely manner
  • Triage escalation of tickets from the customer support team and engage the appropriate engineering resources to expedite a resolution for the customer
  • Manage the rollout and adoption of new features, including learning processes and tracking outcomes, to continuously improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue
  • Communicate project status, risks, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders
