• In depth knowledge of the Roblox platform and ability to create UGC Assets and upload them to the catalog
• Proven experience as a UGC Artist or similar role with a portfolio showcasing successful UGC projects and accessories
• Proficient in relevant software and tools for UGC creation and implementation
• Knowledge of game development pipelines and experience with game engines (Roblox Studio)
• Strong communication and community management skills

Responsibilities

• UGC Asset Creation: Conceptualize and create high fidelity 3D assets that represent the brand and art guidelines
• Collaborate with the development team to implement accessories in the games and Roblox marketplace
• Sketches and Concepting: Create drawing or sketches for the team to visualize the end result of the assets. Provide clear and structured steps for the creation of the designs
• Community Engagement: Engage your community by providing content related to the creation of UGC. Act as a liaison between the user community and the development team, facilitating communication and collaboration
• Content Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user-generated content seamlessly into the Roblox Studio infrastructure. Ensure that user-generated content aligns with the overall artistic direction and technical requirements
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews to maintain quality standards and address any technical or artistic issues. Provide constructive feedback to users to encourage continuous improvement
