Requirements

• Bachelor electromechanics (or related) or relevant via experience
• Create & give Training in a technical domain
• Familiar modern training techniques
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills (Dutch and English)
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to internal and external stakeholders worldwide
• Help with the definition of purpose-built content for these stakeholders in different technical levels
• Setup management systems and processes to follow up certification programs, levels and renewals
• Create training content & deliver training programs that address internal and external needs and target tangible results i.e.: Classroom trainings
• Remote training over video connection
• On-site training at customer sites
