Summary

Requirements

  • Possess mechanical or technical repair skills
  • Be fluent in English and German
  • Have proven experience in project management, preferably in the retail or technology sectors
  • Possess familiarity with retail operations and processes
  • Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and work with robotic systems
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Be a proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset
  • Have the ability to travel and flexibility to adapt to dynamic schedules

Responsibilities

  • Deploy robots in retail stores, ensuring they are fully operational and integrated with client systems
  • Perform periodic maintenance on robots as needed
  • Own the end-to-end process of deployment and expansion projects with retail clients, taking full responsibility for planning, execution, and successful delivery of results
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to meet project milestones and deadlines
  • Act as a primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations and customer experience activities
  • Monitor the health and performance of the robot fleet, ensuring all systems operate optimally
  • Identify and address potential issues proactively to minimize downtime
  • Analyze data to identify actionable insights and improvements for store operations
  • Collaborate with store managers and staff to operationalize data insights, implementing solutions to enhance performance and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience with deploying or managing robotic or automated systems
  • Have technical account management experience
  • Be proficient in French and Spanish
