Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in partnerships
  • A clear vision and understanding for B2B & B2B2C selling
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct market research and genre-specific analysis to identify and evaluate partnership opportunities
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex Web3 concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Proven adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in the blockchain/crypto space, demonstrating deep domain knowledge and expertise
  • Cultural curiosity and an avid interest in staying ahead of trends and technologies in the Web3 and gaming arenas
  • Geographical alignment with our operational focus, particularly in regions identified as strategic markets for expansion

Responsibilities

  • Develop a partnership strategy that encompasses various brand partnership sectors
  • Leverage data analytics to map out geographically specific partnership opportunities, focusing on regions with high growth potential in Web3 adoption such as Southeast Asia
  • Perform in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in key sectors such as e-commerce platforms that embrace NFTs, brands interested in digital collectibles and publishing conglomerates looking to innovate with Web3
  • Investigate and understand the unique preferences and interests of target audiences in different geographical regions to tailor partnership approaches effectively
  • Actively engage in networking events, conferences, and online platforms to source potential partners
  • Build and maintain a database of contacts and potential partners, categorizing them based on industry, region, and relevance to Ronin’s strategic goals
  • Craft compelling, customized sales materials that highlight the unique benefits of partnering with Ronin, with versions tailored to different industries
  • Continuously update sales materials based on feedback from potential partners and evolving market trends to maintain relevance and effectiveness
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on all potential partners, with criteria adapted for different sectors
