ROV Manager

Summary

Join DOF as our new Remote System Manager (ROV Manager)! We are looking for a dedicated Remote Systems Manager to lead our Atlantic ROV team. In this role, you will function as the department manager for the Atlantic ROV department who operates our ROVs onboard our vessels.

Requirements

• Relevant working experience from the industry
• Relevant university degree or similar with specialization in technical or other relevant to energy/O&G sector (experience can compensate for lack of formal education)
• Experience from leading teams
• Experience from offshore operations
• Good knowledge in Information Technology (IT), business tools and systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Confident, self-motivated, and self disciplined person with sound management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Function as the department manager for the Atlantic ROV department
• Systematically monitor the department's activities and ensure compliance with company HSEQ objectives
• Lead a large offshore ROV team, along with the onshore support team
• Be responsible for the operational performance of our ROV assets
