Summary

Join our team as an RPA Developer to design, build, and deploy automation solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and develop automation workflows using Automation Anywhere or similar tools. Key responsibilities include assessing client processes, designing and deploying RPA solutions, configuring automation components, supporting UAT, and providing training. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 2-4 years of experience in Treasury or related fields, and RPA certification (or willingness to obtain one). Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are essential. A driver's license is required, and travel may be necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or Information Systems
• 2–4 years of experience in Treasury or related fields
• Certification in RPA (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment
• Driver’s license required; travel may be necessary

Responsibilities

• Assess client processes and identify automation opportunities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions following best practices
• Configure automation components, including process flows and exception handling
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure seamless deployment
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful RPA implementation
• Provide training and support for automation solutions
