Summary
Join RPA's "Summer AdCamp" Internship Program for a unique and rewarding experience. This isn't your average internship; it's a chance to contribute to real projects at a top agency. The program focuses on connection, preparation, and education, starting with a virtual phone screen and culminating in a prep bootcamp. You'll have the opportunity to work with various teams and gain valuable experience in the advertising industry. The program runs from June 2nd to August 29th, 2025, in Santa Monica with a flexible remote/hybrid option. The pay is $17.50/hour.
Requirements
- Dedicate a full-time schedule of 35 hours/week - minimum, Monday β Friday, 9 am-5 pm PST
- Prepare stories centered around Emotional Intelligence, Curiosity, Accountability, Collaboration, and Adaptability ahead of the virtual phone screen
Preferred Qualifications
- Love writing and insights, have a glass-half-full attitude, are an expert note-taker, like to keep tabs on cultural trends, and have a balanced perspective (Strategic Planning)
- Love to make data fashionable, the team MVP who invites all opinions but always brings the receipts (Marketing Intelligence)
- Strive for perfection, love rallying the team, everyone's #1 supporter who can somehow always save the day, aren't afraid of balancing a ton of moving pieces and are always ready for action (Production)
- Full-time media junkie and Excel spreadsheet surfer who's always on the lookout for trends on any type of media channel (Media)
- Social media detective, always spotting trends, cultural moments, and emerging conversations. Engage communities while exploring new apps and digital experiences, with a keen eye for UX/UI and how design shapes user behavior (Experience and Product Strategy)
- All-star presenter and a client customer service whisperer, love building and growing relationships, agendas and organization are your middle name (Account Management)
- Expert in human behavior, turning psychology into strategy. Blend empathy with data to help create campaigns that deeply resonate, always keeping an eye on cultural trends (Behavioral Science)
- Talent strategist, always spotting trends in hiring, workplace culture, and candidate experience. Build connections, foster engagement, and navigate the evolving recruitment landscape to attract and retain top talent (People Team)
