Summary

Join NICE as the Regional Vice President, Value Executives and lead two sales support teams: the Value Executive (VE) team and the Global RFP Response Management team. The VE team creates financial business cases for clients, while the RFP team handles proposal responses. You will manage and develop these teams, ensuring high win rates, strong team cohesion, and effective sales support. This role requires experience managing high-skilled professionals, senior management experience, sales experience in technology, and interaction with C-suite executives. A strong business background is essential for success in this position.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a team of highly skilled professionals and able to work with other internal teams of varying sizes, technical abilities, with all levels of authority
  • Senior Management level operational and financial experience including owning P&Ls, owning a budget process, and procuring technology
  • Sales experience in the technology space
  • Presenting to and working with “C” suite executives
  • Advanced business degree and/or business experience in a senior management role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the VE team to create Value Assessments and Business Assessments that are effective in influencing sales opportunities to close with a win
  • Leverage the VE staff’s executive leadership experience to enhance the team’s deliverables
  • Lead both teams to embrace and adapt to NICE’s constant change and growth of NICE’s AI-leading customer experience solutions and services
  • Maintain a low staff turnover so the team’s currently strong effectiveness in supporting the sales organization is maintained
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative team environment
  • When new hire opportunity arises, identify and hire strong candidates that fit the team culture and responsibilities to maintain strong effectiveness in supporting the sales organization
  • Ensure both teams maintain strong SalesForce hygiene
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to ensure both teams are maintaining and improving sales effectiveness. This includes producing a QBR and delivering the analysis
  • Ensure both teams comply and attend all training opportunities available to ensure they are current with the NICE solutions and the companies go-to-market
