SaaS Subscription Billing and Revenue Specialist

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with SaaS subscription billing and collections
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with SaaS cloud-based subscription software (ex Maxio, Chargebee, Recurly)
• Experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred
• Strong advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel
• Ability and willingness, at times, to work during hours enabling real-time collaboration with Australia-based colleagues and customers
• High attention to detail and strong organization skills
• Must be independent, patient, analytical, problem solver with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Manage customer invoicing schedules and ad hoc invoices
• Resolve billing inquiries and drive collections efforts to minimize outstanding receivables
• Oversee subscription billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ASC 606 and company policies
• Prepare month-end reconciliations for AR, deferred revenue, and other revenue streams
• Analyze and review customer contracts to ensure proper revenue recognition and compliance
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the billing and revenue function
• Assist with annual financial audits and special projects as needed
