The candidate should have strong sales skills, technological literacy, understanding of personal finance and lending regulations, ability to overcome objections, superior listening skills, and the desire to exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal lending or loan advisory roles
• Strong history of converting leads to sales with documented success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Technological literacy for computer applications
• Good understanding of personal finance and lending regulations specifically in regards to debt resolution and personal loans
• Strong ability to overcome objections
• Superior listening skills and ability to engage prospects by phone
• Ability to read through detailed scripts and follow compliance standards on every call

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ financial needs
• Educate clients on available loan products
• Facilitate the loan application process
• Ensure clients understand the value of our product
• Collaborate with verification teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas set by management
• Answer to new business while proactively initiating outbound calls for inquiries made online
