Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls from existing UW customers moving out, landlords closing accounts, new occupiers moving into UW-supplied properties, and estate agents informing about new tenants
• Manage inbound calls from potential customers inquiring about services, existing customers looking to cancel or add services
• Meet call handling KPIs, such as a minimum of 5 calls per hour and 90% adherence
• Hit sales targets, such as new customer or retention conversion percentages
• Go through outstanding tasks and callbacks
• Attend training and upskilling sessions
• Participate in team huddles
