• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Track KPIs such as sales volume, revenue, and market share
• Develop and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Conduct market research to understand industry dynamics and competitor activity
• Collaborate with sales teams to forecast targets and volumes
• Evaluate sales performance against targets and recommend corrective actions
• Optimize sales processes and work cross-functionally with other departments
• Provide sales teams with relevant data, tools, and resources
• Ensure timely delivery of recurring reports and maintain data quality
• Develop and document standard operating procedures
