Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers while actively identifying and fulfilling their needs with a focus on exceeding expectations
  • A drive to maximize in-store sales and contribute to achieving sales target, utilizing product knowledge, and staying informed about offers and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell
  • Maintain product expertise and stay updated about the latest offers and promotions to ensure customers receive accurate information and guidance
  • Assist sales floor management, including stock organization and maintenance to create an organized working environment for customers
