Requirements

  • Must be a Colorado resident
  • 1-2 years of experience in a professional setting, with a demonstrated history of retention
  • Experience in Business to Business Sales
  • Ability to travel for work up to 20% as needed for sales and conferences
  • Authorization to work in the US
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • College Degree (BS or AA) with an emphasis in Business, Marketing, or Sales
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Responsibilities

  • Set up prospective client discovery meetings (80% Cold Calling)
  • Follow up on qualified leads provided by our Marketing Associate
  • Comfortable speaking and selling to C-Suite audience (CEO, CFO, COO, Directors, etc.)
  • Provide prospects information encompassing all our programs and services
  • Ability to understand clients' current processes, assess their needs/pain points, and help them understand where our services can positively impact them
  • Support sales/marketing efforts by coordinating and attending meetings and conferences with both prospective and existing clients
  • 25% travel - attend industry tradeshows and conferences (HFMA, HA, AHAAM, etc.)
  • Update and maintain CRM database (ACT! 365, Pipedrive)
  • Report on sales efforts including leads to Senior Leadership to assist in strategy development for future marketing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Promotions, Marketing and customer service and/or healthcare preferred (but not required)
  • Ability to travel for work up to 25-35% as needed for sales and conferences
  • Advanced beginner to Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Typing 40+ WPM with 90% accuracy preferred
