Summary
Join the Hidden Oasis Estates team in Panama City as a full-time sales professional. This salaried + commission role offers significant income potential and the chance to make a difference for families. You will be responsible for selling manufactured homes, engaging leads, booking showings, marketing homes, closing deals, and ensuring exceptional handoff experiences. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using technology. A Florida Manufactured Home Sales License and bilingualism in Spanish are preferred. The company offers competitive pay, generous paid time off, performance-based bonuses, and flexible work options.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of successful sales experience in a relevant field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you know how to connect, listen, and close
- Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of Google Workspace and Excel
- Comfortable using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.) to engage and attract leads
- Strong personal accountability and a proven work ethic—you show up and follow through
- Able to manage and prioritize tasks independently in a fast-moving environment
- Highly organized, with outstanding attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Hit Your Sales Goals: Sell 1 home per week, starting July 1 through the end of 2025
- Engage Every Lead with Urgency: Answer every incoming call within 3 rings
- Respond to 100% of new leads within 2 hours, across platforms (calls, emails, social media)
- Stay on top of your lead list with no missed follow-ups
- Book High-Quality Showings: Book 10 showings per week with pre-qualified buyers
- Collect and submit feedback to the Sales Manager after each showing
- Market Homes Professionally and On Time: Complete 100% of pre-market tasks within 24 hours of a home becoming available for sale
- Close Deals with Precision and Professionalism: Ensure 100% of escrows close on time, with 90%+ satisfaction ratings from both buyers and the title company
- Write contracts with 100% accuracy in line with internal standards
- Deliver an Exceptional Handoff Experience: Complete same-day homeowner handoffs post-closing
- Maintain a 90% satisfaction score from the Park Manager on each handoff
Preferred Qualifications
- FL MH Sales License
- Bi-lingual in Spanish
