Join Mindrift, a company leveraging collective intelligence in AI, as a Consultant to design and implement a taxonomy framework and qualification tests for applicants. You will create competency-based assessments, provide expert recommendations on optimizing classification and assessment methodologies, and collaborate with a methodologist. This fully remote, freelance role requires a Master's degree or PhD in Sales or a related field, at least 7 years of experience, advanced English proficiency, and experience in taxonomy and creating qualification tests. Requirements

• Hold a Master's degree or PhD in Sales or a related field
• Have at least 7 years of professional experience in Sales or a related field
• Have advanced (C1) or above English level
• Have experience in taxonomy and creating qualification tests

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a structured classification system tailored to the organization’s needs
• Develop competency-based assessments to evaluate the knowledge, skills, and expertise of future applicants
• Provide expert recommendations on optimizing classification and assessment methodologies
• Work closely with our methodologist to ensure alignment between taxonomy development and recruitment strategies
• Review and refine the taxonomy framework and qualification tests based on feedback and testing outcomes
