Summary

Join Rankings.io as a Sales Enablement Creative Specialist and create visually compelling sales content. You will design and produce various visual assets, develop branded proposal templates using Qwilr, and maintain a sales collateral library. Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Hands-on experience with Qwilr or similar proposal platforms
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, sales-focused design work
  • Experience creating proposals, pitch decks, templates, and sales collateral
  • Comfortable with HubSpot, Apollo, and other CRM/sales enablement tools
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • A team player who can take initiative and bring creative ideas to the table

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce compelling visual content for sales including one-pagers, pitch decks, email templates, battlecards, infographics, and interactive documents using Qwilr, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
  • Build and maintain custom proposal templates using Qwilr or similar platforms that reflect our brand and communicate value effectively. Collaborate with Sales to tailor materials for client needs
  • Maintain and update the sales asset library to ensure materials are current, aligned with brand standards, and easily accessible for the team
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to optimize sales presentations, streamline messaging, and enhance the visual communication of our offerings to prospective clients
  • Support the design integration within sales tech platforms such as HubSpot, Qwilr, and Apollo to enhance automation and client engagement
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure sales materials align with campaign goals and client personas
  • Assist in creating visual and branded content for Sales onboarding resources and training materials
