Summary

Join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Sales and Marketing teams in a fast-growth startup environment.

Requirements

  • 2-4 yrs of customer facing experience is preferred
  • Have sold in the past or have a passion for sales or sales leadership
  • A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Hubspot experience
  • Resourcefulness and results driven operating style
  • Collaborative and coachable mindset - you should be excited about continuously improving your skills and impact

Responsibilities

  • Own Outbound Prospecting
  • Work with sales and marketing to optimize pipeline creation and efficient lead handoff
  • Articulate FMG's value to potential prospects via various outlets, including phone, online, and in person
  • Build effective outreach strategies, leveraging content, webinars, events, and press to drive engagement
  • Use internal and external resources to generate new leads while tracking all outreach meticulously
  • Draft multi-touch outreach plans and messaging sequences
  • Research potential targets, size market opportunities, and drive analyses for outbound efforts
  • Own Inbound Lead Communication
  • Craft a great first impression for our prospects by adding value to every customer touchpoint
  • Act as the subject matter expert on our product, presenting our value propositions in a clear and concise manner
  • Own SDR Operations
  • Drive tools and best practices around data, reporting, and analytics
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure data hygiene
  • Consistently improve processes to drive efficiencies across the team
  • Diligently update Hubspot
