Sales Development Representative

Summary

Join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify leads, prequalify inbound prospects, and drive sales efforts.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish (both!) are essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a dynamic telephone presence
• A genuine passion for web-based solutions and the ability to convey that enthusiasm to potential customers

Responsibilities

• Prequalify inbound leads generated by Lodgify’s marketing efforts through telephone, chat, or email
• Communicate the value and benefits of Lodgify to potential customers, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs
• Handle chats and incoming calls from prospective customers, effectively identifying their needs and positioning Lodgify as the ideal solution
• Generate, qualify, and review new leads, ensuring a consistent flow of potential customers
• Work closely with the Sales team to pass on qualified leads, enabling them to close deals efficiently
• Use our CRM system (HubSpot) to manage interactions, record activity, and keep contact records updated with precision
