Summary

Join Nagarro's global SAP business unit as a Business Development Representative and represent the company to potential customers, identify their needs and challenges, and drive customer projects forward with our account management and marketing team.

Requirements

  • Have a degree or similar qualification through a completed apprenticeship
  • Have initial experience in the field of Cold Calling
  • Be fit in dealing with Microsoft Teams and feel comfortable in virtual teams
  • Have CRM user experience and impress with your IT affinity
  • Speak fluent German and ideally English

Responsibilities

  • Make contact with potential business customers at decision-maker level
  • Represent our company to the outside world and be the figurehead of our team
  • Identify individual needs and challenges of our customers in telephone conversations, via e-mail or via social business media and recognize potential for new project
  • Maintain all relevant data in our CRM system and qualify leads for further processing
  • Be in close contact with account management and marketing team to drive customer projects forward together
