Join Pearl Talent as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and contribute to the growth of a leading healthcare AI innovator. This fully remote, full-time independent contractor role, open to candidates in the Philippines, requires 40 hours per week with overlapping EST hours. You will generate leads, engage clients, set appointments, manage CRM (Notion), conduct market research, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate possesses 1+ years of sales development experience (preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B), strong communication skills, objection-handling abilities, and CRM proficiency. Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales development, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B sales
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to handle objections and think on their feet during conversations
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Notion
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying and qualifying potential clients through research, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Client Engagement: Conducting initial conversations with prospects, understanding their needs, and effectively positioning the company’s offerings
- Appointment Setting: Scheduling meetings for the sales team by engaging decision-makers and nurturing relationships
- CRM Management: Updating and maintaining accurate records in the company’s CRM (Notion)
- Market Research & Analysis: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points to enhance outreach efforts
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Working closely with internal teams to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare tech or working with medical professionals
- Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft)
- A track record of exceeding quotas in an SDR or BDR role
