Join the SaaS Academy team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR)! This remote opportunity, based in Ontario, offers a competitive compensation package of $89,000 CAD OTE, including a base salary and variable compensation, along with unlimited PTO and generous benefits. You will play a key role in generating qualified leads for the Account Executive team by making outbound calls, engaging potential clients, and exceeding call targets. Requirements
- 0-6+ months of inbound/outbound B2B sales development experience β new graduates welcome to apply!
- 0-6+ months of experience with high-volume cold calling (100+ dials per day)
- Applicants must reside in Ontario
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Proficiency and competence in working in and maintaining quality data in CRM systems
Responsibilities
- Outperform Outbound Call Expectations: Within two weeks, consistently exceed 100 outbound dials per day. Maintain a strong phone presence, efficiently manage warm leads in our CRM, and demonstrate a proven track record of success in outbound sales within a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Source Qualified Growth Sessions: Within one month, set a minimum of 10 Growth Sessions, with the ongoing expectation of setting three per day by month two. Effectively communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, handle objections, and accurately report sales pipeline data in HubSpot
- Collaborate in a High-Performing Sales Team: Consistently display a growth mindset and actively seek feedback to improve performance. Engage in 1:1 and team meetings, share successful strategies and tactics, attend coaching sessions, and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as Customer Success and Marketing
- Meet or Exceed Quota Attainment: Consistently meet or exceed quota attainment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup/SaaS company
- Proven Expertise in Selling Intangible Services (Coaching/Consulting)
- Experience working with a team across multiple disciplines
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
- Familiarity with our tech stack: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, Google Workspace, Salesloft, Gong
