Summary

Join us as a Sales Development Representatives Team Lead at Moodle, where you'll play a pivotal role in providing strategic direction and support to our growing global SDR team. As a key contributor to our organizational goals of scaling commercial systems, teams, and processes, you'll motivate and manage the SDR team to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.

Requirements

  • You have a proven track record of exceeding ambitious individual and team revenue goals
  • You are highly motivated to learn new things and engage with potential customers
  • You demonstrate an ability to drive innovation within the team, allowing for experimentation and continuous improvement
  • You are data driven, with the ability to assess the validity of data, as well as develop and analyze reports and dashboards to present to senior management
  • You have 2+ years of experience managing a team, with proven leadership skills, including mentoring and coaching skills
  • You have at least 3 years experience as a Sales Executive, SDR/BDR or similar role
  • You have demonstrated success in both inbound and outbound SDR roles, with a strong track record in lead generation and qualificationโ€‹
  • You have excellent communication skills especially written and verbal English
  • You thrive in a diverse, global environment and build strong, positive relationships with your stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Motivating and managing the SDR team to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets
  • Promoting a positive and constructive team culture, reinforcing Moodleโ€™s values and encouraging continuous learning and development
  • Providing strategic and tactical direction to the teams processes and scope - establishing and documenting processes and best practices, particularly around inbound lead nurturing and qualification and outbound lead generation
  • Actively contributing to lead generation and sales activities
  • Preparing monthly sales pipeline and conversion reports and dashboards to track performance of key metrics
  • Analyzing metrics to inform improvements to processes, resourcing and identifying training and development opportunities
  • Engaging in project work to improve processes, customer experience, and commercial performance
