Summary
Join Keller Executive Search as a Sales Director to drive revenue growth by expanding your network and developing strong client relationships. You will cultivate and convert warm leads, leveraging existing connections and building new strategic partnerships. The role involves managing a lead pipeline, conducting discovery meetings, and presenting Keller's capabilities to prospective clients. You will achieve revenue targets, identify market opportunities, and collaborate with search consultants. Represent Keller at industry events, contribute to content marketing, and stay current on industry trends. This fully remote position offers flexible hours and various benefits.
Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in professional services
- Proven track record in executive search, recruiting, consulting, or related industry
- Demonstrated success in relationship-based selling and account development
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with senior-level decision makers
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with executive presence
- Strong consultative selling abilities with focus on solution development
- Excellent relationship-building capabilities with business leaders
- Strategic thinking with ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Familiarity with ATS systems
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Professional certifications in sales or business development advantageous
- Active membership in relevant professional associations advantageous
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Development
- Cultivate relationships with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and key decision-makers across target industries
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with existing and prospective clients
- Develop long-term strategic relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
- Serve as primary point of contact for client engagement and business development activities
- Warm Lead Management & Conversion
- Manage and nurture warm lead pipeline through consultative selling approach
- Conduct strategic discovery meetings to understand client needs and executive search requirements
- Present Keller's executive search capabilities and value proposition to prospective clients
- Develop customized proposals and service agreements aligned with client objectives
- Business Development & Growth
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets through strategic sales activities
- Identify market opportunities and emerging sectors for business expansion
- Collaborate with search consultants to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain detailed CRM records of all client contacts, interactions, and opportunities
- Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership
- Represent Keller at industry conferences, networking events, and professional associations
- Participate in speaking engagements and panel discussions to enhance company visibility
- Contribute to content marketing initiatives including articles, webinars, and case studies
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies and mid-market organizations
- Experience in multiple industry verticals including technology, healthcare, financial services, or manufacturing
- Track record of building and scaling sales teams
- Previous experience with executive search firms or talent acquisition services
- Strong understanding of organizational leadership and executive-level hiring processes
