Summary

Wander is seeking a Sales Enablement Engineer to join their team. The role involves automating and optimizing the sales process for onboarding homes onto the Wander platform, with a focus on CRM systems, AI integrations, and data management. Requirements include 2+ years of development experience, proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python, experience with CRM systems, familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, strong understanding of API integrations and data management, ability to design and implement solutions based on sales team needs, etc.

Requirements

  • True passion for writing code and automating processes
  • 2+ years of professional development experience, preferably in a sales enablement or CRM-related role
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their applications in sales
  • Strong understanding of API integrations and data management
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation
  • Ability to design and implement solutions based on sales team needs
  • Write readable, documented, and well-tested code
  • Provide detailed reviews of pull requests from other developers on the team
  • Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for building and optimizing systems
  • Interested in long-term employment and career growth at a high-growth, tight-knit company
  • Comfortable working in an async environment

Responsibilities

  • Automate and optimize the sales process for onboarding homes to the Wander platform
  • Maintain and enhance our Hubspot CRM system
  • Integrate and manage RingCentral with our existing systems
  • Implement and integrate AI sales tools such as clay.com , sybill.ai , and similar
  • Develop custom integrations and AI automations using TypeScript or Python
  • Create and maintain utilities for the sales team within our software ecosystem
  • Design and build data dashboards for sales performance tracking and analysis
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance sales enablement efforts
