Summary

Join Nutrabolt as a Sales Execution Manager, Beverage, a remote, field-based role covering CA, WA, OR, and NV. You will be responsible for creating and executing retailer programs to drive business objectives for C4 Energy DSD beverage portfolio across major chains. This role requires strong experience in DSD beverage sales, excellent presentation skills, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Success will be measured by revenue targets, depletions, and market penetration. Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience working within DSD beverage
  • Strong background in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel – expected travel 50%+
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Knowledge of DSD system within the Beverage industry
  • Key Account Management
  • Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within Nutrabolt’s MVR policy guidelines
  • Must be able to lift 25Ibs+

Responsibilities

  • Formulate compelling customer focused presentations with shared growth objectives that accelerate the development of the C4 Energy DSD beverage portfolio via mandated off shelf displays and incremental cold availability
  • Work with customers, internal personnel and distributor partners on all setup paperwork/portal documents as needed
  • Report sales data from accounts on a monthly basis
  • Plan out monthly, quarterly and yearly promotions with the key contact for each assigned account & report those to the relevant Customer Ops & Regional Salesperson for cross-functional alignment
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance/PRGM on promotional analysis and sell-in ROI
  • Working with Supply Chain to ensure correct planning and forecasting for all onboarded and staging accounts
  • P&L management for all assigned accounts
  • Work directly with Marketing to develop pull tactics and specific programming by channel and customer
  • Work closely with DSD counterparts regionally to gain alignment on all chain business to ensure full coverage
  • Work with DSD team to ensure all monthly promotional activity is being leveraged and executed (90% + level)
  • Work with DSD chain personnel and cultivate relationships with their Key Account teams where feasible for mutual alignment and share of mind
  • Develop compelling programming for Key Accounts that set Nutrabolt brands apart for both consumers and retailers
