The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in travel sales and proven success in achieving sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Conduct client visits and calls to identify needs and offer tailored travel solutions
  • Promote new destinations, tour packages, and last-minute deals
  • Negotiate, prepare proposals, and close sales
  • Handle client issues and complaints by working closely with internal departments
  • Manage agent accounts, including setting up incentive agreements and mark-up plans
  • Ensure compliance with company terms and payment policies
  • Achieve monthly sales revenue and gross profit (GOP) targets
  • Provide market insights and sales strategy ideas during internal meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with group tours or Europe-bound travel is a big plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Fast learner, self-driven, flexible, and able to work under pressure
