Sales Leader

Summary

Join our team as an ambitious AI Sales Leader to spearhead our new AI sales team in Spain. This unique opportunity will allow you to drive the growth of NOA, our advanced AI-powered platform designed to revolutionize healthcare. You will lead high-level negotiations, manage and mentor a sales team, develop sales strategies, and provide training and development. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience selling tech solutions in SaaS or AI, a business degree, proven leadership skills, and strong understanding of AI technologies. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience selling tech solutions within the SaaS or AI industry
• Degree in Business or related fields
• Proven ability to lead a small sales team
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in various industries
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Spanish

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level negotiations and close deals with clients to drive revenue growth
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team (AI Sales Executive and AI SDR), fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
• Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the AI solutions market
• Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
