Requirements

  • At least 3 years of sales experience of software solutions or a software license to governmental customers with a proven track record
  • Previous Sales experience is a must
  • Work experience of selling through channels and agents
  • Proven track of managing big sales accounts/deals
  • Experience in the cyber-intelligence domain is considered a plus
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Team player, can-do attitude, broad-minded
  • Fluent in the English language (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Close deals and onboard the quota of end-users in your region for Intellectus
  • Generate new revenues for TRG and Build the sales pipeline by: Develop sales processes. Formalize value propositions based on an analysis of customer needs and TRG offering
  • Manage partners and agents networks
  • Manage the performance and execution of the sales team members
  • Opportunity management – lead all aspects of lead generation, lead conversion, sales process deal execution, including prioritization of deals, quotes structuring, and negotiation
  • Pursue both individual and team sales goals and hit targets
  • Develop a strategic plan to enrich TRG’s client base
  • Build and maintain the regional channel ecosystem
  • Build and maintain a network of high-level political/business circles
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis
  • Responsible for business development in specific regions
  • Assess the opportunities to develop a long term, sustainable business relationship and recommend the appropriate contact strategies
  • Identifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Meet assigned targets and strategic objectives as set by management
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
