Requirements

  • English language – native speaker or a high proficiency level
  • Relevant education related to sales, business, administration, or a technical field
  • Interest in technology, ability to learn and interpret product specifications
  • At least 5 years of business experience in the rental and staging industry
  • Very good communication skills
  • Business-oriented mindset and work precision
  • Superb administration and follow-up skills
  • Ability to handle very dynamic and fast work
  • Valid driver's license and use of a personal car that is properly insured

Responsibilities

  • Set up a business strategy and execute with new partners
  • Identify team members, understand their strengths and weaknesses, and develop a plan to engage the rental and staging market to generate income
  • Manage the inside sales support and Salesforce data entry to ensure projects are logged and confirmed
  • Control price negotiation with partners for cases where price adjustment is needed
  • Provide product guidance and support
  • Negotiate and support Planar, utilizing your skill sets to identify the best route for different projects and manage those teams
  • Problem solve potential challenges and overcome with diplomacy
  • Develop your business plan to achieve the required revenue targets
  • Actively participate in guidance and opportunities based on product evolution
  • Provide feedback of competitors' products
  • Recommend future product and projected revenue
  • Engage with the factory to support your role – technical information
  • Ensure our Salesforce database is up to date
  • Maintain a ‘live’ document mapping the market with key players both people and companies
  • Identify and develop relationships with key designers
  • Develop market presentations together with the team to present Planar/Leyard Rental
  • Drive marketing campaigns and ideas
  • Manage key accounts in their entirety – managing fixed installation and rental projects
  • Identify key people at various companies and actively engage them to grow business
  • Be responsible for special promotions and activities with these partners
  • Be the prime leader in key accounts and engage with global peers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technology sales experience
  • Ability to work overtime or odd hours occasionally if necessary
