Summary
Join Trackman Golf's successful sales team as a Trackman Representative and demonstrate and sell Trackman products and services in the Gulf Coast area. Trackman is a fast-growing sports technology company developing 3D ball flight measurement systems. As a representative, you will generate demand through cooperation with local golf organizations, conduct product demonstrations, ensure high customer satisfaction, prepare proposals, administer orders, provide customer training and support, and test products. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of consultative sales experience, experience in sales and marketing strategies, and strong communication and presentation skills. The compensation plan includes a fixed salary, performance-based commissions, and a bonus plan, along with health insurance and other benefits.
Requirements
- 3+ years consultative sales experience
- Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies
- Own car with full driverβs license
- Personal drive, self-starter with demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile
- Build and maintain relationships easily
- Persuade others by being trustworthy and enthusiastic
- Demonstrate perseverance, and cope well with rejection
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills
- Analyze problems and provides well-thought-through solutions

Responsibilities
- Demand generation through cooperation with the local PGA and other golf organizations
- Product demonstrations to Golf Courses, Teaching Pros, Club Fitters, ambitious amateurs, indoor facilities, and other golf client segments
- Ensure the highest customer satisfaction through ongoing training and service
- Proposal preparation and order administration
- Customer training and 1st level support
- Product testing and provision of feedback to our software and hardware development teams
- Development and continuous improvement of your territories sales strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- A strong network in the local golf industry
- Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies
- Advanced computer skills, Windows 7-10 configurations (device management), Microsoft Office
