Summary
Join Allurion as a Business Development Manager in the Lille region of France. You will be responsible for increasing the productivity of existing partner clinics and acquiring new high-potential accounts using established methodologies. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and training skills, along with experience in practice development and partnership building. The position involves significant field work, exceeding quarterly budget expectations, and implementing the 4C Success Model. Success in this role demands a data-driven approach, tenacity, and a collaborative spirit. The position offers 80% remote work.

Responsibilities
- Increase the productivity of existing accounts using the 4C Success Model
- Acquire new high-potential accounts using the ACT Model
- Achieve B2B2C conversion of medical weight loss considers using a variety of marketing methodologies
- Train partner clinics on marketing methodologies
- Exceed quarterly budget and forecast plans
- Fully learn and implement the 4C Success Model through identifying key stakeholders in accounts and delivering regular and ongoing training of the accounts
- Act autonomously within the organization following the first 90 days of onboarding
- Pass certification following Allurion Essentials new hire training
- Fully referenced
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience opening new markets
- Have experience launching new products or new categories of products
- Have previous medical device or medical weight loss experience
- Have experience working with clinics/HCPs
- Be multilingual
- Have evidence of continued professional development
- Have marketing experience, particularly digital
