Requirements
- Native or fluent in English (C2 level)
- Ideally based in Europe, with availability aligned to CET/CEST
- 5+ years of experience in sales, ideally in high-ticket, marketing, education, coaching, or consulting sectors
- Demonstrated experience in building or scaling a sales department (processes, playbooks, hiring input, CRM setup, etc.)
- Proven ability to close high-value deals in B2B and manage complex buyer journeys
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly organized with experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, dynamic and growth-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Convert qualified inbound leads into paying clients through consultative sales conversations
- Understand client goals and match them with the right program solutions
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct follow-ups and nurture leads throughout the decision-making process
- Keep accurate and up-to-date CRM records and track pipeline metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing/ product, and consulting and customer success teams for improvement and onboarding
- Create or improve internal sales systems, processes, and documentation
- Provide strategic input on pricing, offers, and client onboarding improvements
- Re-engage existing or past clients for upselling and referral opportunities
- Help define KPIs and reporting structures for a scalable sales function
- Attend occasional business trips or events, depending on project requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Background in marketing, business consulting, education, or coaching is a strong plus
