Requirements

  • Reside in BogotΓ‘, with availability to travel within Colombia and eventually to other countries
  • Education in Administration, Foreign Trade, Architecture, Engineering, or Marketing
  • Commercial and technical skills to interact with different actors in the sector
  • Capacity for learning and adaptation to products and market needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of projects and prospect new business opportunities
  • Provide support in sales and installation training to distributors
  • Identify client needs and recommend products aligned with project requirements
  • Accompany and manage projects until product installation through distributors
  • Develop business relationships with end clients, architects, and construction companies
  • Maintain updated knowledge about the different product lines and their applications in the market
  • Communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external clients at different organizational levels
  • Make effective commercial presentations adapted to each audience
