Summary

Join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company, as a remote Sales Strategy & Lead Generation Specialist based in Latin America. You will develop and refine sales strategies, implement CRM tools, design sales processes, and establish KPIs. Lead generation responsibilities include outbound prospecting, building prospect lists, and managing the sales funnel. This role requires 3+ years of experience in sales strategy or business development with a strong focus on lead generation, proven ability to build sales processes, and strong knowledge of sales cycles. The position offers a monthly salary between $1500 and $1700 USD, a 3-month trial period, and remote work. The successful candidate will be an independent contractor working remotely for a client.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or business development with a strong focus on lead generation
  • Proven ability to build and optimize sales processes from the ground up
  • Strong knowledge of sales cycles, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Experience recommending and implementing sales software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach)
  • Hands-on experience in outbound sales, cold outreach, and lead generation strategies
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in using analytics to drive sales performance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills to guide the team on best practices

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the overall sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Identify and implement the best CRM and sales automation tools to streamline lead management and tracking
  • Design and document a structured sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and improve sales efficiency
  • Analyze existing pipeline and propose strategies to increase conversion rates
  • Train and coach the sales team on best practices, outreach strategies, and objection handling
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization
  • Execute outbound prospecting efforts (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, etc.) to generate qualified leads
  • Research and build targeted prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles
  • Manage and optimize the sales funnel, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities
  • Personalize outreach efforts to improve engagement and response rates
  • Follow up with potential clients, nurture relationships, and set up sales meetings
  • Continuously test and refine messaging, channels, and strategies for better conversion

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $1,700 per month, depending on seniority and skillset
