Sales Support - State Funded Programs, German Speaker

Summary

Join Learnlight, an EdTech company, as a part-time, temporary Sales Support for State Funded Programs. This fully remote position requires a C2 level of proficiency in German and English. You will support sales consultants, oversee funding applications, collaborate with clients, and improve application processes. Requirements

• A minimum C2 level of proficiency in both German and English is required
• Positive, customer-focused, can-do attitude with a passion for helping others and providing excellent support
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written), strong organizational abilities, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• 1-2 years’ professional experience in any roles that demonstrate the required competencies, preferably in the educational sector
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Responsibilities

• Support a team of Sales Consultants working for the German market with funded programs administrative tasks
• Oversee progress of the funding application (checking progress, completing forms, overseeing learners’ language tests, monitoring groups performance…)
• Actively support with existing clients in close collaboration with Sales Consultants (taking part in meetings with clients, collaborate with client support, share reporting requests with client support…)
• Foster collaboration between sales teams and other relevant departments
• Assist in improving the application process to make it as efficient as possible
• Other responsibilities as appropriate or assigned
