Summary
Join Learnlight, an EdTech company, as a part-time, temporary Sales Support for State Funded Programs. This fully remote position requires a C2 level of proficiency in German and English. You will support sales consultants, oversee funding applications, collaborate with clients, and improve application processes. The role involves administrative tasks, client interaction, and interdepartmental collaboration. Requirements
- A minimum C2 level of proficiency in both German and English is required
- Positive, customer-focused, can-do attitude with a passion for helping others and providing excellent support
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), strong organizational abilities, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- 1-2 years’ professional experience in any roles that demonstrate the required competencies, preferably in the educational sector
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Responsibilities
- Support a team of Sales Consultants working for the German market with funded programs administrative tasks
- Oversee progress of the funding application (checking progress, completing forms, overseeing learners’ language tests, monitoring groups performance…)
- Actively support with existing clients in close collaboration with Sales Consultants (taking part in meetings with clients, collaborate with client support, share reporting requests with client support…)
- Foster collaboration between sales teams and other relevant departments
- Assist in improving the application process to make it as efficient as possible
- Other responsibilities as appropriate or assigned
