Summary

Join our team as a Sales System Specialist and maintain our sales technology stack by configuring and coordinating key sales tools, onboarding and offboarding users, and assisting with vendor renewal cycles. Administer and optimize critical sales tools, ensuring functionality, user management and adoption, and tool configuration. The ideal candidate possesses technical expertise, analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of sales processes and operations. This role involves collaborating with various teams to solve issues, implement enhancements, and support multi-functional initiatives. You will monitor system usage, provide training, and partner with vendors for contract management. Maintain data integrity and drive process improvements while identifying areas for tech consolidation and automation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, IT, or a related field
  • Experience with Spiff and Salesforce required
  • Ability to run multiple projects, prioritize, and implement in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work multi-functionally and translate technical concepts to business users
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize core sales systems including Spiff, Salesforce, Clari, and Outreach, ensuring high availability, performance, and user adoption
  • Configure tools to align with evolving sales processes and business needs, including workflows, fields, automations, and integrations
  • Lead user lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and permissioning across all sales platforms
  • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and IT teams to solve issues, implement enhancements, and support multi-functional initiatives
  • Monitor system usage and adoption and providing training and documentation to drive best practices and improve ROI
  • Partner with vendors to handle contracts, renewals, and support critical issues
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Drive process improvements while identifying areas of tech consolidation
  • Continuously find opportunities for automation and operational improvements

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Clari and Outreach is a plus
