Summary

Join us at Loma Systems as we seek a sales professional to drive growth in the North West of France. You will be responsible for developing a strategy to monitor the agri-food industry, creating sales plans, and building credibility with customers.

Requirements

  • Experience selling equipment in a technical environment
  • Ability to understand company sales tools, including design guides for metal detectors, checkweighers and x-ray equipment and associated technical applications
  • Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Organised with the ability to manage a busy schedule and workload
  • Computer literate - able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and good presentation skills
  • Able to work remotely and independently, available for frequent travel
  • English level B1 (TOEIC 550 to 780) minimum - essential: English read, written and spoken on a daily basis

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategy to monitor the agri-food industry in the region, visit customer sites and assess needs
  • Create a sales plan and identify sites for new business opportunities
  • Build credibility with customers and prospective sites by drawing on technical know-how and an understanding of their applications
  • Prepare customer proposals, follow up and close deals in line with the overall sales strategy
  • Promote the Loma Systems service offering and work closely with After Sales to ensure contract revenues are maximised
  • Meet and exceed agreed monthly revenue target whilst maintaining price levels and margins
  • Update the CRM system for the specified sector ensuring data is accurate and up to date
  • Report competitor activity and market developments to technical teams
