Summary

Join RevOpsforce as a Salesforce Administrator and play a critical role in optimizing our client's marketing and sales operations. You will manage Salesforce campaigns, maintain data integrity, and enable users through advanced configuration and insightful reporting. This contract, hourly role demands collaboration across teams and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience and at least one Salesforce certification (Administrator or Advanced Administrator). This fast-paced role offers the flexibility to engage in meaningful, cutting-edge client initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator OR Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (at least one required)
  • Proven expertise in campaign management and declarative Salesforce configuration

Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce Campaigns, including setup, campaign member statuses, record types, and parent-child hierarchies
  • Implement standardized campaign structures and enforce naming conventions
  • Configure Salesforce using declarative tools (custom fields, page layouts, validation rules, Flows, etc.)
  • Maintain and clean large volumes of campaign data (e.g., 40,000+ records)
  • Drive and enforce data entry best practices, deduplication efforts, and metadata hygiene
  • Support campaign performance reporting and dashboard development
  • Understand how campaign data feeds into the lead and opportunity lifecycle
  • Partner with analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Train and support marketing and sales users on updated processes
  • Develop user-friendly guides, SOPs, and change logs for new workflows
  • Communicate effectively across business units to encourage adoption and alignment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing high-volume campaign data environments
  • Strong collaboration skills with sales, marketing, and analytics teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with campaign attribution models or marketing automation integrations
  • Familiarity with governance practices in large or multi-org Salesforce environments
