This remote position, based anywhere in Canada, requires 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on Apttus CLM experience. You will be responsible for configuring Apttus CLM, managing Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, and documenting business requirements. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. Requirements

• Have 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Possess hands-on experience with Apttus CLM configuration, workflows, and templates
• Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud administration and optimization
• Show strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, flows, validation rules, and automation tools
• Have experience with integrations between Apttus CLM, Salesforce, and third-party systems (e.g., DocuSign, CPQ)
• Exhibit a proven ability to document business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Hold Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) or other Salesforce certifications
• Have knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Apttus or Conga CLM
• Be familiar with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies
• Have experience with reporting and dashboard creation in Salesforce
• Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
• Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
