Summary

Join ConnectOS, a top-rated Philippines employer and a Great Place to Work certified company, to work as a Salesforce Developer for a Kiwi-owned digital advisory firm based in New Zealand. This 24 hours/week position offers an hourly rate of P1,000-P1,500. You will architect and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, build integrations with third-party systems, and collaborate with leadership. The role requires strong Salesforce development experience, expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flow Builder, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development or consulting experience
  • Experience in building end-to-end Salesforce solutions for financial, insurance, or SaaS businesses
  • Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flow Builder
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working in fully remote environments
  • Familiarity with data privacy standards (e.g. KYC/AML, GDPR)

Responsibilities

  • Architecting and developing scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, Flows, Lightning components, and page layouts
  • Building Apex classes, LWC components, and automation logic to power client onboarding, lead handling, and reporting
  • Owning integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using APIs and middleware
  • Collaborating directly with leadership—Tech Coordinator, CTO, CEO—to capture requirements and deliver business-aligned outcomes
  • Driving DevOps best practices, including Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, test coverage, and sandbox governance
  • Supporting training and adoption, through documentation and enablement of super-users

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tooling (e.g. Gearset, Copado, GitHub Actions)
  • Experience with Account Engagement (Pardot), B2BMA, or Einstein Analytics
  • Experience building against managed packages or using Sales Insights Integration
