Summary

Join OGC as a Salesforce CX Analytics Specialist, embedded within Salesforce as a remote, full-time contractor. You will be a key player in leveraging Salesforce Cloud capabilities and advanced analytics to drive CX insights and operational improvements. This role involves managing, analyzing, and optimizing customer data across various Salesforce Clouds. You will develop and maintain reports and dashboards, analyze data to inform CX strategy, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize data structures. Strong analytical skills, data visualization experience, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions are essential. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboards
• Knowledge of SQL, SOQL, and data visualization tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce Reports and Tableau
• Manage day-to-day analytics tasks, including data extraction, cleaning, and reporting to provide actionable insights for various business units
• Analyze and interpret Salesforce data to provide insights that drive CX strategy and improvements
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and optimize Salesforce data structures accordingly
• Support data integrations between Salesforce and external analytics platforms
• Implement best practices for data governance, quality, and security within the Salesforce environment
• Work with internal teams to automate and streamline data processes using Salesforce Flows, Apex, and other automation tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau (significant advantage)
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dataloader, APIs) - an advantage
• Understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Apex) - an advantage
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) - a significant advantage
